David L Rocker - An alumnus from Georgia Tech, in Industrial and Systems Engineering, is the managing partner in Atlanta-based management consulting firm – The Rocker Group, LLC. The main expertise of the firm is in providing services in analytics, planning and compliance while also giving special emphasis on process improvement. Its clientele includes several Fortune 100 organizations and also many mid-market companies.
Prior to setting up the consulting practice, David L Rocker has had a flourishing career in corporate finance and merger and acquisition both domestic and international. In his capacity as the Chief Operating Officer of an INC 500 growth service company, he was phenomenal in leading the company to newer heights. Within a short span of six years, he increased the turn over from 4 million to $150 million annually. He has also been associated with various Fortune 500 companies wherein he has been able to provide his expertise to good use.
Rocker, apart from having provided his professional services to firms like KPMG, McKinsey & Co., also serves in various prestigious Industrial and Technical bodies. He is an active member of the Institute of Industrial Engineers and has been a past member of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce. He was also a founding member of the Georgia Tech Club. He has also been a member in the board of various companies. He also is quite active in various charitable and community service organizations. Rocker serves on the advisory board of several private companies and is actively involved in the numerous community and charitable organizations.
